The Team Strengths Report provides valuable insight in to an individual’s areas of strengths within a team based setting, and the likelihood of them adopting various roles. The Team Strengths Report helps you to understand an individual’s style and areas of strength within a team.
The report is a useful tool for identifying strengths and gaps within the team and is appropriate for use in a group setting or for just one individual.
The report is predominantly targeted towards line managers, colleagues or the individual themselves.
Team Strengths Report Model
The report adopts a types-based approach to personality in a team context, and outlines the individual’s likelihood of adopting various roles within that team.
These roles cover four key dimensions of team work, identified our expertise on personalities at work, and are contributing factors to effective team work in an organisational context.
Under each dimension falls 2 roles; the report generates the candidate’s score for each of the 8 team role types and determines which style will most likely adopted by the individual when it comes to their role in a team.
What’s in the Team Strengths Report?
All Clevry reports have a page dedicated to ensuring users fully understand the background and purpose of the report, how to correctly interpret the results it presents, the conditions of using the report and where further information can be found about the candidate.
